I'm nearly 72 years old and I feel more alive now than I ever have before! 

My journey began a few years ago when I retired and was diagnosed with cancer. I was looking for something deeper to assist me through these new transitions. I read Michael Pollan's book, "How to Change Your Mind" which prompted a deep dive into plant medicine research. 

That research led me to this amazing partnership between Ivan and Lana and their unique spiritual and clinical approach to healing. The 4 days I spent at the Wild Zen Men’s Retreat with this amazing group of men was one of the most transformational experiences of my life.

Ivan and his amazing team created a safe, warm, and loving environment, so we could feel comfortable embarking on this incredible healing work. 

As Ivan teaches, “The magic is not in the medicine, it’s in our innate ability to heal ourselves. The medicine simply acts as a catalyst to the magic that is already there.” 

I will be forever grateful for what this experience has given me. The new ways of thinking about myself; the world around me; a new network of men and women who share my journey of self-discovery; and most of all … an incredible renewed joy for life, that I can now share with my family and friends.
