Lana, Ivan and the medicine took me on a journey to meet and see my female ancestors from a new perspective. I was confronted with my own judgements and then able to develop a new and deep understanding for every women in my family by feeling what they have felt and been through and understanding that they all have always wanted the best for me. I was able to look at myself through their eyes and feel their love through their hearts. It made me realize that I, too, have to accept them for who they are. 

It feels like I was able to help generations of women heal through my own healing in this ceremony. 

This journey felt very broad yet concrete and emotional yet gentle. Whenever I gained insight, I was able to share and get professional input from Lana and Ivan to help me reframe my thoughts and patterns. Feeling one with everything and an overwhelming amount of love for everyone while working on very palpable little things in my life, made the experience extra special.

I have since made so much progress and I keep discovering new improvements and notice how I view certain things differently.  That doesn’t mean that everything is perfect now but it shows me that there is a lasting impact and something has shifted.
