Physio-PSYCHO-LOGIC ENERGY Sessions
Dr. Jason ChIEN, MD MS
Throughout my life, physical training has played a very significant role in preparing myself for my corporate life. I have practiced and taught Shotokan Karate at community and university level for over 20 years (achieved 2nd degree black belt), as well as Yoga and Tai Chi. I have also been involved in the fitness world as a Crossfit athlete for over 10 years.
Through all the physical training/learnings I’ve done, in addition to my understanding of nutrition, physiology and medicine, I have developed a significant knowledge foundation in how to feed and train the human body (sessions on nutrition/exercise), how to manipulate and channel energy/chi (daily morning chi exercises), and use biofeedback to control our physiology, like manipulating heart rate, easy flow of chi energy, physical fitness and clarity of the mind.
For Conscious Leader Retreat Dr. Jason developed a series of sessions that focus on teaching clients to use evidence-based approaches to take care of their Chi Energy, their Bodies and Mind ind and maximize their health and Conscious Present, by incorporating various chi, yoga exercises and biofeedback activities.
In reflecting on my experience in the corporate world, and how that relates to all that I’ve learned through INTRONAUT and particularly through Ivan Rados Man’s Retreat Wild Zeld, over the two last year, I believe the most significant room in the Conscious Leader Retreat is “bridging sessions”, sessions where retreat participants will taught how to apply Ivan Rados Middle Point approach to the corporate world ( A Q&A panel will give participants an opportunity to ask questions and get deeper into specific aspects.
